GLASS WORK ... Planning

When I say I'm working in the studio, that doesn’t always mean that I’m actually touching the glass. There’s also a lot of planning that goes into it.

The planning involves developing concepts, working thru schedules, ordering supplies, and on and on …

Some of that planning takes place with me sitting on my studio couch and letting design ideas run thru my head as I put pencil to sketch pad. I then typically transfer that idea to my iPad and continue to work it in ProCreate. I LOVE that drawing app. ProCreate offers so much design flexibility.

Other planning has me sitting in front of my iPad and laptop .... ordering supplies, watching art videos, and chatting with other artists. All of that is part of the creative process.

The main problem I have found when working in the studio .. there are never enough hours in the day!
