Pilchuck Casting Conference 2025

I was fortunate to attend the first annual Pilchuck Casting Conference this year. My head is still spinning. Every day was packed, and I do mean packed, with demos and knowledge to absorb. Everything casting and more.

I stayed in one of the rustic-ly charming cabins at the top of the DANGED hill ... if you have ever been there, you will know that 'DANGED' is putting it mildly when describing the hill to the cabins. Meal times were a great time to share notes, ideas, and have all-around great conversations - a huge mild meld of sorts. It was great seeing old friends, meeting online friends face-to-face (finally), and making new friends.

The Pilchuck setting is incredibly inspirational, and now it's time to put that new knowledge to work. If you get a chance to go to Pilchuck for anything .. go! You will not be disappointed.
