THE BIG AND THE SMALL OF IT

I have shared some of my large tools .. the kilns, grinders, wet saw, lap wheel, and on and on .... but, did you know I have tons of small tools. Some I have because I am addicted to gadgets, but most are necessary. Like this one for instance...

See the tiny red thing stuck to the bottom of my kiln? What is that?

That is a level, which is a very important tool when working with glass. It's important to have glass level when in the kiln, otherwise the glass will slide in unintentional ways. Actually, odd slides can be pretty cool sometimes :)

Any who .. back to this level. I love it .... tiny and handy as it is magnetic and sticks within arm's reach where I can easily grab it when setting up the glass.
